2012 Indianapolis Show Recap

Held in the open and bright Indiana Convention Center, The Pumper and Cleaner Expo in Indianapolis drew large crowds from all over the country.

Whether you were looking for specific parts for your business or looking for ways to grow your business, there was something for everyone.

The Expo had more than 500 exhibitors with shiny new trucks, a rainbow of portable toilets, cool demonstrations, the latest and greatest products, magazines for the industry, software for your business, and insurance brokers. Some of the big names included NOWRA, Ditch Witch, Hi-Vac, PolyPortables, AmeriCan Engineering, Dragon, Sewer Equipment Company of America, PottyFresh, EnviroTub, Jack Doheny, Guzzler, and Bright Eyes, Pik Rite, Poly Lok, Reelcraft, PolyJohn, Federal Signal Environmental Solutions Group, and many, many more.

Expo attendees had almost 80 different educational seminars to choose from. If you wanted to learn about the industry, there were seminars on aerobic versus anaerobic, mound systems, waterjet technology, and collection system basin maintenance. If you wanted to learn how to grow your business, you could learn how to use the Internet to grow your business, or how to keep employees and customers happy, social media, and mobile marketing.

Next year’s show will be at the same place, February 25 through the 28. We hope to see you there!
